It’s the apocalypse in Eureka Springs once again. Come join us for one of the biggest Halloween festivals in the country! The zombies invade downtown on Saturday, October 24th, 2026.
The Zombie Crawl is a FREE EVENT! This is the biggest weekend of the year and ALL LODGING ANYWHERE NEAR EUREKA SPRINGS WILL SELL OUT WEEKS IN ADVANCE!
Zombie Crawl is a RAIN OR SHINE EVENT! We do not cancel anything because of rain.
ACTIVITIES
We’ll be hosting a full day’s worth of activities throughout downtown, including spooky vendors, thriller dance classes, official merch, a scavenger hunt, music, makeup artists, and the BRAIN BUFFET! Events start at 12pm and the parade starts at 6pm.

Want even more spooky fun? Come into town as early as Wednesday to catch the Nightmare in the Ozarks Film Festival (Oct 21-24) at the City Auditorium. The film festival ends just before the commencement of the Crawl on Saturday, with a Zombie Red Carpet event at The Aud following the Crawl. More info: www.NightmareintheOzarks.com
WHAT DOES IT COST?
The Zombie Crawl is part of a canned food drive for local Eureka Springs food banks, and all that we require you to bring to the event are two cans of food. Just bring them when you sign up for the parade at the Eureka Springs Library Annex (192 Spring St) between 4pm and 6pm.

12PM – 8PM: MACABRE MARKET VENDORS in the Auditorium Parking lot and on Center Street.
12PM – 6PM: ZOMBIE MAKEUP artists in Basin Park.
12PM – 2PM: MELONLIGHT THRILLER CLASS in BASIN PARK.
2PM – 6PM: HALLOWEEN MUSIC in Basin Park.
4PM – 4:30PM: BRAIN BUFFET in Basin Park
4:30PM – 5:45PM: SIGN UP and MEET-N-GREET at LIBRARY
4:45PM – 5:30PM: FLOATS AND VEHICLES LINE UP at the Community Center grassy lot.
5:00PM – 5:50pm: WALKERS LINE UP at library to be in the parade or along Spring St. to watch.
6PM – 7PM: ZOMBIE CRAWL PARADE
There will be several afterparties in town following the parade!

PARADE LINE-UP
Zombie Walkers should sign up between 5:00pm and 5:50pm in front of the ES Public Library at 194 Spring Street.
Vehicles and parade floats should head to the ES Community Center at 44 Kingshighway between 4:45pm and 5:30pm.
PARADE ROUTE
The 6:00pm Zombie Crawl parade starts at the ES Public Library (194 Spring Street) and ends at the Downtown Trolley Depot on S Main Street.

T-shirts, hoodies, posters, hats, and collectible enamel pins can be purchased from our Information Booth in the Basin Park from 11am to 8pm

Our guide to zombie makeup effects and getting into character. What is your zombie name? How did you become a zombie? Where are you from? These are important questions to ponder before the 4pm Pre-Parade “Monster Meet-n-Greet” and will help get you dead and ready for the event!
