For each $5.00 worth of product purchased from our store, stickermobile.com, excluding the tax and shipping costs, participants will receive one (1) entry into the NWA Getaway August drawing.
The more stickers you purchase, the more chances you have to win!
Winner Notification: Prize winners will be notified via email and posted on social media and NWA Travel Guide Website.
Getaway must be redeemed by November 22, 2020.

Participation constitutes entrant’s full name, address, valid email address and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules.
By participating, the Contestant (“You”) agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of NWA Travel Guide as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Campaign.
This NWA GETAWAY event is sponsored by Northwest Arkansas Travel Guide. Entries will be accepted online starting at 5:00 PM on August 2nd, 2020 and ending at 5:00 pm on August 31, 2020, entries must be received by . Auguest 31, 2020 at 5:00 pm.
ELIGIBILITY: This NWA Getaway event is open to legal residents of the United States, residing in the United States. YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OF AGE TO PARTICIPATE.
Employees, officers, and representatives of the Sponsor, and members of their immediate family (mothers, fathers, sons, daughters, and spouse), regardless of where they reside are not eligible to participate in the NWA Giveaway.
Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these rules. Void where prohibited by law.
How to Enter: During the NWA Giveaway event, eligible participants are invited to participate by visiting the Sponsor’s website at www.stickermobile.com. For each $5 worth of product purchased from the Sponsor’s site, excluding the tax and shipping costs, participants will automatically receive one (1) entry into the NWA Getaway drawing. Purchases of more than $5 will receive multiple entries. For example, a $25 dollar purchase excluding the tax and shipping would automatically receive 5 entries.
To obtain an entry into the NWA Giveaway without a purchase, participants may mail a 3” x 5” card with their first and last name, email address, mailing address, and telephone number hand written on the card in a hand written addressed envelope to NWA Travel Guide, NWA Giveaway, 900 SE 5th St, Suite 22, Bentonville, AR 72712. All mail-in requests must be postmarked by August 5, 2020 and received by August 20, 2020. Typed, computer generated, or otherwise mechanically reproduced 3″ x 5″ cards or outer envelopes/requests are NOT allowed and will not be accepted. Entries are limited to one (1) NWA entry per stamped envelope per person per day.
By participating in the NWA Giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor which are final and binding in all matters relating to the NWA GIVEAWAY.
Each entry will remain in contention for drawing from the time they were entered until the final prize has been drawn.
NWA GIVEAWAY DRAWING SCHEDULE: Drawing will be held at 5:00 pm on August 31, 2020. All prize items have either been purchased by the Sponsor or donated by local businesses. They will be used by NWA Travel Guide’s personnel to create marketing materials, social media content, and promotional appearances at festivals and other events.
All prizes are to be picked up in Bentonville, Arkansas at the August accommodations site (Natural Native). Shipping will not be provided. The Winner(s) of the giveaway (the “Winner”) will receive the getaway package. Valued at $1500. Actual/appraised value may differ at time of prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by NWA Travel Guide. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at NWA Travel Guide’s discretion. The prize is nontransferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of Winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by Winner is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for NWA Travel Guide to use Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Odds: Chance of winning depends upon number of entrants.
PRIZE CONDITIONS: Getaway winner will be determined using the random method. In the event of unforeseen circumstances (pandemic, natural disasters, business closures, etc), Northwest Arkansas Travel Guide, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to postpone or cancel this getaway.
By accepting a Prize, winners agree to release the Sponsor from any and all liabilities whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by entering the NWA Getaway for damages of any kind caused by the prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of the prize awarded.
Prize winner(s) will be solely responsible for all title license and registration fees as well as all federal, state, and local taxes. Prize winners will be required to complete and sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release form provided to them to be returned within 7 days of written notification, or prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner selected.
NWA Getaway prize winner(s) will also be required to disclose his/her social security number for the purpose of issuance of a 1099 Form for tax purposes. No substitution or transfer of prize will be permitted. The Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to substitute the prize package with another prize of equal or greater value in the event that the prize is not available.
If potential Prize winner fails to respond to the Sponsor’s notification within 7 days of the initial contact by the Sponsor, then such person shall be disqualified, and an alternate winner shall be awarded the prize.
GENERAL: By accepting a the Prize, where permitted by law, recipient grants to the Sponsor, and those acting pursuant to the authority of Sponsor (which grant will be confirmed in writing upon Sponsor’s request), the rights to print, publish, broadcast and use worldwide in all media without limitation at any time the recipient’s full name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, and/or biographical information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further payment or additional consideration, and without review, approval or notification.
IN NO EVENT WILL SPONSOR, THEIR RESPECTIVE PARENTS, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION AGENCIES, DEALERS, DISTRIBUTORS, SUPPLIERS, PRIZE PROVIDER, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES) ARISING OUT OF PARTICIPATION IN THIS PROMOTION OR THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF THE PRIZES.
By participating, entrants release and agree to hold harmless The Sponsor, advertising and promotion agencies, dealers, distributors, suppliers, Prize provider’s and their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, death or losses or damages to persons or property AS WELL AS CLAIMS/ACTIONS BASED UPON PUBLICITY RIGHTS, DEFAMATION, AND/OR INVASION OF PRIVACY that may arise from participating in this promotion or its related activities or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of, or any harm resulting from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the Prize. Winner acknowledges that Sponsor have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the Prize.
By entering this content (e.g., photo, video, text, etc.), You understand and agree that NWA Travel Guide or anyone acting on behalf of same, and NWA Travel Guide licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the event and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes. without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.
USE OF DATA: All information submitted by entrants will be treated according to Sponsor’s privacy policy, available at www.nwagetaway,com/privacy-policy. By participating in the promotion entrants hereby agree to Sponsor’s collection and usage of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted Sponsors Privacy Policy.
DISPUTES: Except where prohibited, you agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of, or connected with the Promotion or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the New Mexico. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, your rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of Sponsor in connection with The Event shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the New Mexico, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the New Mexico or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the state of New Mexico.
