Celebrate the beauty of an autumn garden through watercolor painting on Saturday, September 12, 2026, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Rogers Historical Museum! Inspired by the Victorian love of botanical art, this relaxing, hands-on class will introduce simple watercolor techniques while creating artwork featuring seasonal flowers, colorful leaves, and other treasures from the fall garden.
No matter if you’re an experienced artist or have never picked up a paintbrush, you’ll enjoy an afternoon of creativity in the beautiful setting of the historic 1895 Hawkins House. You’ll leave with your own botanical watercolor and inspiration to continue exploring nature through art.
No registration required. Painting supplies provided. Presented by the Benton County Master Gardeners at the Key Wing Education Center.
GARDEN TOUR NOTE: Attendees are invited to come early for a free, 1-hour guided tour of Vera’s Victorian Garden beginning at 10:00 a.m., led by a Benton County Master Gardener.
