Members of the Fayetteville Youth Advisory Council will distribute all costumes accumulated throughout the Halloween Costume Drive Drop-off event. City of Fayetteville residents are encouraged
to stop-by and receive a free Halloween costume at City Hall Room 101- while supplies last!
Any costume remaining at the end of the event will be donated to a local elementary theatre program.
