How Does a Restaurant Make The Best of NWA Top 10 List?
Good Question.. and one we get asked.. a lot. The good news is the Best of NWA Top 10 Lists aren’t glorified ads. Kind of refreshing, huh? Like March Madness, every restaurant has an equal chance to win a spot on any particular list, and no one can pay to be on any of our Top 10 lists.
The Top 10 lists are created using a proprietary formula. So what does that mean? We use a combination of reviews along with the experiences of our street team and plug these results in to our formula to give us the Top 10 in any particular category.
These lists are very popular, and being named to be on one helps increase a restaurants bottom line.
Of course, if restaurant management knew we were visiting their establishment to evaluate their food, they would give us VIP treatment, so our street team arrives unannounced, and pays for their food just like any other customer. This procedure allows them to give honest feedback without any strings. We are very diligent about making sure the Top 10 lists accurately reflects the best in any category.
Our street team eats at establishments all over Northwest Arkansas. They consist of college students, families with children, singles, professionals, locals, visitors, etc. which gives us a wide variety to make up our street team. If you are interested in being part of our street team, please contact us here.
