At the heart of NWATravelGuide are THE Top 10 lists. These aren’t paid placements or advertisements disguised as recommendations. Businesses cannot pay to be on THE Top 10 lists, give us free food or advertise their way onto a list.
So how do businesses make the list? We use a combination of thousands of online reviews, select reader input and the experiences of our street team, who visit businesses as regular customers.
That means being named to THE Top 10 is earned—not bought. Advertising with NWATravelGuide can help support the work we do, but it has no bearing on whether a business makes a Top 10 list.
