The NWA Travel Guide publishes the wildly popular Best of NWA, Top 10 magazine, the lists businesses can’t pay to be on. That is more than a tagline, it is our mission, and the reason the Top 10 project was created. Anyone can put together a list of restaurants or businesses that pay, but who really wants a list of businesses that have the largest marketing budget?

As a natives of Northwest Arkansas, we love NWA, and it has always been an honor to show and tell people about the very best of Northwest Arkansas. If a business has been named to one of our Top 10 lists, it made the list based on merit alone. .
Everyone wants to know how we select the businesses that comprise our Top 10 lists. Simply stated, we use a proprietary algorithm that is based on thousands of reviews, select reader polls and the real time, covert experiences of our street team. Members of our street team could be thought of as mystery shoppers. This three pronged approach can be counted on to render the very best in any particular category.
