Northwest Arkansas is the place to be for Halloween related events this year. Halloween isn’t just about trick or treating, there are all kinds of fun things to do for both adults and kids. Throughout NWA, there are trunk or treats, fun runs, parades, Ale Trail tours, fall festivals, a Turpentine Creek event, haunted houses and much more. Be sure to get outside and enjoy the cool crisp weather and all the  Halloween excitement you can stand.

Bentonville

Event: Goblin 5K and Kids Fun Run

Event: Trick or Treat on the Square

Event: Rocky Horror Picture Show at the Meteor Halloween Night !!!

Event: Annual Artinfusion Halloween in the Hollow
Date: Saturday, Oct 31st

Cost: Free for artinfusion Members, $25 for guests, includes one drink ticket. Affinity group especially for Crystal Bridges Members ages 21-40s
Description:  Dig up your best creepy, kooky, or creative costume and come prepared to take on the competition in our costume contest. Prizes will be awarded to the best individual, duo, and group costumes! The night will feature live music by Queen cover band MAGNIFICO, supernatural cuisine crafted by Eleven’s mad scientist chefs, and a cash bar. Your first drink is on us! Event: 20th Annual Howl-O-Ween Spooktacular @ Turpentine Creek

Description: The annual Howl-o-ween Spooktacular Fundraising event is the only time of year that guests can see the animals at night! Event: Voices of the Silent City

Description: Cemetery walking tours. This year, actors and guides will be presenting compelling stories of some of Eureka’s former leaders in service and philanthropy who now reside in the Silent City, the Eureka Springs City Cemetery: A WWI Army Colonel, a socialite, a prominent lawyer/mayor, a descendant of a Native American Chief, and an early proponent of baseball, among others. Event: 1st Annual Great Passion Play’s Fall Family Festival

Fayetteville

Event:14th Annual Trick or Treat on the Square

The streets on the Downtown Square will be blocked to oncoming traffic for the safety of those attending the event.

Event: Halloween Monster Dash 5K and Fun Run

Time: 5:15 pm 5K begins
Location: Intersection of Church and Center Streets is the start/finish line. The expo is located in the one section of the parking lots between Church and Mountain Streets

Description: Downtown merchants line up outside their stores and pass out candy to costumed kids 12 and under! Plus, there’s fun music, carnival-style games, a petting zoo, and MORE at this awesome downtown event! It all ends with a Kids Costume Contest at 5:30pm in Twin Springs Park – there are 3 age categories, three costume categories, and GREAT prizes for the winners!

Springdale

Event: Treats at the Tracks Family Carnival
