Downtown Springdale hosts Christmas on the Creek! This is a spectacular holiday tradition with a hot cocoa crawl, a Cycling Santas bike ride, live music, a holiday market, pictures with Santa & the lighting of the tallest live Christmas tree in Northwest Arkansas. All of the festivities culminate with a spectacular Christmas Parade of the Ozarks hosted by the Rodeo of the Ozarks.
Due to the rainy weather coming into the region, the City of Springdale, AR – Mayor’s Office will be lighting the Christmas tree this afternoon (November 23rd) so we can all enjoy the lights starting today through the holiday season. Other Christmas on the Creek festivities are being rescheduled or cancelled.
The Christmas Parade of the Ozarks will go on as scheduled if weather allows. If the Parade needs to be rescheduled due to weather, the Rodeo of the Ozarks will make an announcement this Saturday at 3PM.
