Spring brings new life to everyone and everything in the Ozarks of northwest Arkansas.
In only a few more days Oven and Tap opens down along Main Street in Bentonville, USA. Matt Eiler, the front end manager, regaled us with visions of the spectacular wood-fired oven and the magnificent one of a kind bar to match.
One shall be able to sit outside on the patio and drink in the bustle, the hustle, and the energy that has become the signature of this once hidden gem of American life, northwest Arkansas. The Compton Gardens, the great trail from Fayetteville to Bella Vista, the lakes, the Buffalo River…await the arrival of guests, tourists, and all who travel for pleasure.
Ah, Spring how fair thou art.
